Themes: Start with bare_bones

While working on creating custom themes in Drupal 5.x, it's useful to have a 'bare bones' starting point.

There are a few starter themes:

I was tooling away on my own while these themes were in the making, and here I share my stripped down 'bare bones' theme starting point. It is intended for use by other themers, and not for plugging in 'as is'. Please provide feedback should you find it useful (or not, and why that was the case).
